Francis Desharnais officially entered the wonderful world of comics in 2008 with the publication of Burquette (Les 400 coups, 2008). Since then, the projects have followed one another! At Pow Pow, he published the series Motel Galactic with Pierre Bouchard, as well as Les premiers aviateurs and La conquête du cosmos, with Alexandre Fontaine Rousseau. As a solo artist, he created La guerre des arts and La petite Russie, comics that earned the author numerous rave reviews and several awards, including the Prix des libraires du Québec in 2019.
